Clear the Cache

Cache lets web browsers download only the content that has changed since you last viewed a webpage, instead of downloading all the content every time that the page is displayed.

Issues faced with the cache:

  1. Made changes to your shop and do not see the changes updated on it
  2. Incomplete product images
  3. Wrong image in wrong place
  4. Partially loaded web page
  5. Badly formatted web page

Thus, you'd have clear your browser cache to see the updated web page as the older cache item is interfering.

To clear browser cache for:

Google Chrome

Go to the customize and control icon, and click on the settings.

On the settings page, click on “Clear Browsing Data” to clear cache.

Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
